Responsibilities Lead the architectural efforts in the field of AI, developing platforms, algorithms, models, and techniques for analyzing business knowledge and data. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to identify new opportunities for innovation and research in AI. Stay up to date with the latest research and trends in AI, machine learning, and data science and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in Gen AI. Architect solutions and provide direction to engineers and developers, supporting the successful realization of goals. Develop proof‑of‑concept projects and prototypes that demonstrate the potential of emerging technologies. Collaborate with other technology groups — architects, engineers, designers — acting as an emerging technology thought leader. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications Minimum eight years of recent architectural experience on SDLC projects; minimum five years of recent experience in artificial intelligence and enterprise‑grade platforms. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Proven experience bringing AI platforms/solutions to solve business problems and make a business impact; practical experience with Python, Azure AI, Google AI services or similar capabilities on other cloud platforms. Proven experience architecting solutions on cloud platforms like Azure and Google, using native cloud capabilities. Strong leadership skills; experience managing and working with cross‑functional teams of developers and engineers; practical experience developing applications with AI technologies, preferably AI; strong digital skills and fast learner on emerging technology. Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills; ability to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; foster high‑performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
