Learning Architect

OverviewDescriptionAs a Learning Architect, you will help lead and shape the strategic evolution of the bank’s enterprise learning function by creating adaptive, future-focused learning strategies that align with business goals and emerging trends like generative AI. You will champion skills-based talent development, inclusive and innovative culture-building, and the design of scalable, hyper-personalized learning solutions. Leveraging data, systems thinking, and emerging technologies—including generative AI—you will serve as a key advisor and partner in guiding strategic planning, optimizing learning experiences, and ensuring the seamless integration with an offshore managed service model to provide state-of-the-art learning solutions for all colleagues.Hours & Work Schedule:Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M-F 8-5This colleague must work 4 days in office.Pay Transparency:The salary range for this position is $163,000-$200,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
