Position Highlights
- Work-Life Balance: Hybrid schedule: 70-80% on-site, 20-30% remote/administration
- Desirable Practice Setting: Strictly focused on Seniors/Geriatrics, s eeing an average of 6-7 patients per day in a house call position - a daily adventure
- Call Schedule: Shared call rotation - taken from home

Compensation & Benefits
- Top Earning Potential: Over 75th Percentile MGMA
- Competitive Base Salary: $275,000 Starting
- Bonus Compensation: Generous Performance Bonus
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000
- Full Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401k, disability, malpractice, and more
- Paid Time Off: 4 weeks PTO, 11 holidays, and 5 days for CME
Qualifications
- Degree: MD/DO
- Licensure: Active California license (or ability to obtain one)
- Certification: BE/BC in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Experience: Welcoming experienced practitioners; geriatrics experience preferred
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish or Mandarin a plus (not required)
