We are a rapidly growing lash salon and spa. We will be turning into a Medspa within the year. As owner, I am looking to hire one licensed lash tech or esthetician who does lashes that can take on my current clientele within this year as I transition into solely managing the salon.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Esthetician/Lash Technician at Luxe Lounge - Lash Salon and Spa in Plano, TX. The Esthetician/Lash Technician will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services, including facials, skincare treatments, lash extensions, brows, and other related services to clients. It is okay if you are just licensed to lash and not an esthetician.


Qualifications

  • Licensed as an Esthetician or Lash Technician in the state of Texas
  • Demonstrated expertise in lashes. Facials, waxing, and brows a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of beauty products and industry trends
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
