Tree Care Manager – BrightView BrightView is seeking a proactive leader to manage our commercial tree care business within a branch, driving operational excellence and profitable growth. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial tree care business. Plan, schedule, and administer the branch budget. Ensure all jobs are completed according to plans, within budget, and on schedule. Deliver timely and accurate reports, financials, and schedules on a regular basis. Represent the Company, building relationships with owners, clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors. Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication, relationship building, and regular site visits. Oversee tools and equipment delivery, storage, operation, and maintenance. Hire, train, develop, and evaluate employees, conducting performance appraisals. Ensure the branch operates safely and efficiently at all times. Communicate company goals to management and employees. Promote a results‑oriented culture and model ethical, safety‑focused behavior. Qualifications Experience managing a tree care business and ISA Certified Arborist preferred. 2–4 year degree in a business‑related field or equivalent experience in a service industry. Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in landscaping or a related field. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and demands. Proficiency in estimating and job‑costing systems; working knowledge of MS Office. Understanding of business accounting and P&L statements.
