Our client is a leader in the HVAC distribution industry that provides residential and commercial equipment as well as parts and supplies across the Midwest. They are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager in the St. Louis, MO market. This person will be conducting trainings, calling on contractors and engineering firms, and opening up a new vertical in the hospitality segment
What You'll Do
Develop and implement sales and marketing programs as well as action plans
Develop sales and marketing budgets for the sales department
Organize, train, and develop the sales and support staff
Identify new contractor and engineering accounts
Attend local meetings and events
What You'll Need
BS/BA in engineering or business
5+ years of sales experience in HVAC or a related industry
3+ years of sales management experience
