At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other. Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter. Your Impact As Brand Manager, you’ll lead campaign execution and amplification for Axon’s highest-profile brand initiatives — from thought leadership series and customer storytelling to cultural moments and company-level launches. You’ll serve as the campaign engine for the Creative and PR teams, ensuring our best brand work gets the distribution, visibility, and consistency it deserves. This role is distinct from Growth Marketing Managers, who focus on segment-specific campaigns, and the Central Growth Marketing Manager, who owns marketing systems, planning infrastructure, and execution standards. You’ll partner closely with both — ensuring that brand campaigns plug into scalable systems and paid/digital channels — while maintaining a clear focus on Axon’s long-term brand equity, storytelling quality, and cross-functional creative alignment. What You’ll Do Serve as campaign manager for brand-level initiatives — from planning to execution Collaborate closely with the Central Growth Marketing Manager to ensure brand campaigns are integrated into paid, digital, and lifecycle channels Build project plans, timelines, and channel strategies for Axon’s biggest storytelling moments Lead cross-functional coordination for brand campaigns across Creative, PR, Social, Product Marketing, and Events Act as the strategic and executional counterpart to segment-specific Growth Marketing Managers — bringing brand stories to life across broader audiences Track and report on campaign performance and visibility across channels Manage toolkits, asset distribution, and amplification workflows to extend campaign impact Ensure brand consistency across global markets, partners, and platforms Build campaign playbooks, rinse‑and‑repeat frameworks, and documentation to improve scale Support the packaging and promotion of customer stories, hero narratives, and CSR initiatives This role is based out of our Denver, Scottsdale or Seattle location and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in‑person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in‑office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success. What You Bring 6–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing Experience leading multi‑channel campaigns from end‑to‑end Exceptional project management and organizational skills Comfortable working with creative teams and external‑facing content Data‑informed mindset and understanding of how to measure brand awareness and engagement Skilled collaborator across functions like PR, Growth, Product Marketing, and Events Bonus: Experience in B2B, public safety, or values‑driven brands AI Expectations in This Role You’ll use AI tools to generate campaign briefs, repurpose creative for new formats, summarize results, and scale distribution plans across teams. You’ll also help identify opportunities to automate and optimize campaign reporting and content reuse. Alignment with Axon’s Values Aim Far – You help elevate the Axon brand with ambitious, inspiring campaigns Win Right – You manage details and deadlines without losing sight of the big picture Own It – You lead campaign delivery with accountability and follow‑through Join Forces – You unify cross‑functional teams to bring creative to life Be Obsessed – You care about what we say, how it looks, and how it performs Expect Candor – You advocate for great work and communicate with clarity 90 Days at Axon First 30 Days Meet key stakeholders and audit past brand campaigns and toolkits Support execution of an in‑flight campaign or hero narrative First 60 Days Lead your first full campaign from kickoff to reporting Propose a standard process for cross‑functional brand campaign execution 90 Days & Beyond Drive consistent, high‑impact brand campaigns across the year Become the go‑to lead for campaign execution, visibility, and distribution Benefits that Benefit You Competitive salary and 401k with employer match Discretionary paid time off Paid parental leave for all Fitness Programs Emotional & Mental Wellness support And yes, we have snacks in our offices Benefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work.
