Job Description As an Ecosystem Solution Architect, you will develop deep expertise in cloud and blockchain infrastructure technologies, working with the sales team to deliver reliable, production‑ready solutions on InfStones’ platform. You’ll collaborate with business and technical teams, translate complex client requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, engage with open‑source communities, and contribute to next‑generation platform enhancements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain expertise on the latest cloud and blockchain infrastructure technologies. Support the pre‑sales team to deliver production‑ready solutions on InfStones’ infrastructure platform. Communicate with open‑source software communities. Understand encryption and decryption technologies. Deliver technical deep‑dives, demonstrations, and training in support of sales. Collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure and Business Development teams to deliver solutions tailored to clients’ needs. Conduct root‑cause analysis of high‑profile technology problems and advise customers on resolution. Help guide product and technology teams researching next‑gen solutions and drive standardization across the platform. Provide support for critical customer operational issues. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in developing solutions for product and platform as a service. 3–5 years in customer‑facing technical architecture or consulting roles. Understanding encryption and decryption technologies. Proficiency in common programming and scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.). Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar. Experience with command‑line interfaces (Bash/ZSH), cloud services, and operating systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic data analytics skills and ability to utilize relevant tools to present insights. Preferred (Nice to Have) Knowledge of blockchain. Knowledge of container technologies and virtualization such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Agile management tools and CRM software, including configuration and development of dashboards and reports.
