The Merker Group is working with an Am Law 100 firm to find a Real Estate Associate to join the firm's Washington, DC office.


This firm offers competitive compensation and a reasonable billable requirement. This is a great opportunity for associates to run their own deals (depending on experience and seniority level).


Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of significant broad-based commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
  • Joint venture experience is a plus.
  • Prior Am Law 100/200 law firm experience.
  • Limited career moves.
  • J.D. and excellent academic credentials.
  • DC Bar License.
