What You’ll Be Doing:

Process approximately 500 AP transactions per month
Pull invoices from software and resolve discrepancies
Jump between various software platforms
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely AP processing
Address and solve any AP-related issues promptly
Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor while interacting with colleagues and vendors

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

2+ years of High-volume AP experience
Adaptability to manage several items related to AP concurrently
Friendly and pleasant personality
Strong problem-solving skills
