Pay Rate: $40/HR based on years of experience
Schedule: this is a rotating 2-2-3 or 3-2-2 schedule - we have both day and night shift available
7AM-7PM
OR
7PM-7AM

What's a typical day as an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
• Performing maintenance on Engel Injection Molding Machines, including replacing thermocouples, heater bands, and conducting barrel changes.
• Operating overhead cranes and forklifts while utilizing milling machines, lathes, and other equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Collaborating with the Production Planner and Molding Supervisor to schedule preventative maintenance activities and maintain time and maintenance records in SAP.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold an Associate of Applied Science Degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in maintaining control systems and electrical/electronic repair.
• Have at least 10 years of experience in a maintenance tech role within plastic injection molding, preferably in a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Possess strong troubleshooting skills and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective maintenance programs.
