Your ImpactNEXT|HEALTH seeks an experienced Naturopathic Doctor (ND) with a strong background in Functional Medicine, Women’s and Men’s Health, Anti-Aging Medicine, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. As a clinician, you will guide clients toward optimal wellness through team-based, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary environment. Provide high-quality, individualized patient care in a fast-paced setting Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient needs, concerns, and health goals Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans, including lifestyle modifications, supplements, and interventions Order, perform, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests Develop tailored health optimization protocols based on patient history and clinical findings Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMRs) Educate patients and families on preventive health measures and long-term wellness Stay current with research and guidelines in functional, integrative, and naturopathic medicine Collaborate with physicians and wellness practitioners to deliver team-based care Contribute to quality improvement and clinical best practices Prescribe appropriate natural and pharmaceutical therapies within licensure and clinical need Engage in ongoing training and professional development What You’ll BringWe’re looking for a ND with: Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from an accredited institution Successful completion of the NPLEX Current and valid state ND licensure Board certification in relevant specialty areas, if applicable DEA dispensing license (or eligibility) Minimum 3 years of ND experience in primary care or related field Comprehensive knowledge of in-house treatment protocols and modalities Proficient clinical, diagnostic, and EMR skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong commitment to ongoing education and a collaborative, patient-centered approach Our Culture & Perks Competitive compensation package Growth opportunities as we expand our operations Supportive and inclusive work environment Meaningful work that improves patients’ lives Performance-based bonuses and healthcare coverage 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off Employee discounts and ongoing training Expected CompensationEstimated compensation is $160,000+ per year, plus benefits and 20% bonus potential.
