As a Packing Line Lead you will provide oversight and direction to a team of associates to achieve desired operating results in daily Packing jobs.Shift: 1st shift, 5:45am - 4:30pmFour, 10-hour shifts per weekRotating schedule requires working two Saturdays every three weeksSundays not required unless overtime is neededLocation: Ephrata, PA What you get to do as a Packing Line LeadOversee a team of associates packing or reworking product, allocating manpower to tasks appropriately, checking finished product for proper quality and labelingEnsure associates and/or team achieve work standards for time, quality, appearance and labelingComplete appropriate paperwork on jobs performed, accurately recording all product information, time worked, performance and supplies used.
