Kofax Consultant

Job Overview:

The Kofax Consultant will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Kofax solutions to improve business processes through automation. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure Kofax software to meet those needs, and ensure successful integration and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis: Work with clients to gather and analyze their business processes and requirements for document capture and automation.
Solution Design: Design and architect Kofax-based solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
Configuration and Development: Configure and customize Kofax products such as Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM), and Kofax TotalAgility.
Implementation: Deploy Kofax solutions, including installation, configuration, and integration with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ECM).
Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and technical support staff, ensuring they can effectively use the Kofax solutions.
Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including solution design, configuration settings, user guides, and training materials.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communication to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:Proven experience (typically 3+ years) working with Kofax products.
Experience in implementing and integrating enterprise content management (ECM) and business process automation (BPA) solutions.


Technical Skills:Proficiency in Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM), Kofax TotalAgility.
Strong understanding of document imaging, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and data capture technologies.
Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., VBScript, C#, .NET).
Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and API integration.
