The Cyber Security Engineering And Administration Manager will support all business units within Mosaic Health and is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the organization's cyber security infrastructure. This role involves leading a team of cyber security engineers and administrators to ensure the protection of information systems and data. This role will develop strategies to safeguard against cyber threats, ensure compliance with security policies, and maintain the overall integrity of the organization's cyber security posture. Responsibilities Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of cyber security technologies and solutions. Ensure the continuous operation and optimization of security systems. Develop security dashboards, metrics and benchmarks. Lead and mentor a team of cyber security engineers and administrators. Provide guidance and training to team members. Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies. Collaborate with IT and business leaders. Oversee the development and execution of incident response plans. Lead incident response efforts. Ensure adherence to relevant cyber security regulations. Conduct regular security assessments. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Prepare and present cyber security reports. Maintain comprehensive documentation. Perform other related duties. Demonstrate excellent guest service. Perform other related duties. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in cyber security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Extensive experience in cyber security engineering and administration, with 6+ years in managerial or leadership role. Proven track record of managing and implementing complex cyber security projects. Strong understanding of cyber security technologies. Proficiency in security tools and platforms. Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are highly desirable. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Stay current about the latest cyber security threats, trends, and best practices. Experience with security frameworks and methodologies applicable to the healthcare industry. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. A commitment to providing excellent service to internal team members and patients.
