We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing patient medical records in accordance with established procedures and regulations.

*Responsibilities*
- Organize and manage patient health information data
- Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of medical records
- Retrieve patient medical records for healthcare providers
- Enter data into electronic health records systems
- Process release of information requests
- Assist with coding and indexing of medical records
- Maintain filing systems both electronically and in hard copy

*Qualifications*
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with medical office systems
- Experience working with medical records is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
