Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator provides support for the US Sales Team. Manages the quote request process, facilitates the processing of orders, and assists with daily inquiries of the US Sales Representatives. Communicates with the Sales Team and ensure their customer needs are met. Other duties and special products may be assigned.Education and Experience: Experience using Smartsheet preferredHigh School degree or equivalent (preferred) Responsibilities: Provides support for the external GK Gymnastics US Sales TeamCollaborates with the Design Team, Finance, Operations, and US Sales Team to manage quote request process for customersWorks with the US Sales Team to prepare orders to ensure accuracy and timely deliveryPartners with the Operations Team to communicate customer needsEvaluates and advise on questions from the production floor management team to determine best course of action for customersKeeps US Sales Team informed with key information needed to provide excellent support for customersAssists with US Sales Meeting preparations and event preparations when neededWorks together with all levels of management to ensure customer needs are metOther duties as assignedSkills and Abilities: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgencyAbility to organize and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent customer centric focus, sense of urgency and dependability requiredComputer proficiency required including Microsoft products: (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)Must have advanced communication skillsDemonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environmentMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsReliable attendance is critical to this positionAbility to communicate (read, write, speak) in EnglishProblem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional levelAbility to use various technology: Zoom, Slack, phone, computer systems, 10-key, etc.Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, move interdepartmentally and throughout warehouse, and lift objects of 15 lbs. (Marginal function: 20 lbs.)Visual acuity: able to read charts, graphs, computer monitor, formsWork Environment: General office environment with standard office equipmentExposure to varying office temperatures and distractions
