IT Vista Technical Analyst for EMCOR Construction Services Join to apply for the IT Vista Technical Analyst role at EMCOR Group, Inc. Job Summary: The Vista Technical Analyst provides IT support for Vista ERP to ECS and local IT support groups at 50+ operating companies. Reporting to the Vista Technical Support Manager, this position troubleshoots Tier 1–Tier 3 technical issues, liaises with ERP and Implementation teams, and participates in software implementations and migrations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver excellent IT support for Vista ERP to ECS Operating Companies through exceptional customer service. Monitor environment performance and proactively troubleshoot errors in user portal and reporting environments. Troubleshoot login and access problems; set up and maintain service accounts. Monitor and test backup environments and participate in after‑hour maintenance. Implement and maintain appropriate security in database environments. Install and integrate third‑party software such as Spreadsheet Server and purchasing software. Develop and test customizations and move them into production. Ensure test environments closely approximate production environments. Participate in implementation and migration projects; develop tools and automations to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain server infrastructure to EMCOR standards; provide training and support to administrators at Operating Companies. Ensure compliance with EMCOR Change Management standards and participate in departmental and acquisition projects. Travel approximately 10 % of work time as business needs arise. Essential Characteristics and Skills: Outstanding customer service Strong time‑management and troubleshooting skills Advanced knowledge of Vista ERP application and data structures Proficient or willing to learn related software (SSRS, analytics tools, document management, purchasing solutions) Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and SQL Exceptional written and oral communication; capable of leading professional meetings Ability to work with technical and operational teams Proactive change‑agent skills with competent follow‑through Qualifications: 5+ years Vista ERP support experience. Advanced working knowledge of Vista ERP and SQL Server. Experience with Microsoft and Azure Active Directory. Experience managing complex IT projects. Ability to travel as business needs arise. Ability to follow Corporate Security & IT policies. Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000 per year, bonus eligible. Location: McLean, Virginia (remote or other locations considered if requirements are met).
