Backed by top-tier investors, the company is redefining property underwriting with lightning-fast, AI-driven risk analytics that deliver precision and speed at scale. We are looking for someone to architect and lead the next phase of growth spanning direct sales, broker partnerships, and embedded distribution. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will play a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market execution and preparing the business for a major liquidity event in the coming years. What You’ll Do Own and execute the end-to-end revenue strategy across direct, broker, wholesaler, and embedded channels Build and lead high-performing teams across sales, partnerships, marketing, and revenue operations Design quota frameworks, compensation structures, and enablement programs that maximize productivity and deal velocity Implement forecasting rigor, pipeline coverage targets, and operational discipline in Salesforce or equivalent systems Collaborate with underwriting, product, and data teams to design offers that optimize growth and portfolio performance Oversee pricing, packaging, and deal governance with a clear focus on retention, profitability, and LTV Build and sustain C-level relationships with major brokerages, carriers, and ecosystem partners Recruit and develop top talent, fostering a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement What You Bring Proven revenue leadership within MGA, carrier, or InsurTech environments Deep understanding of commercial property distribution and broker ecosystems Experience scaling from early growth to institutional-grade revenue operations Strong commercial acumen — balancing aggressive growth with disciplined unit economics Fluency in data-driven decisioning, pipeline analytics, and GTM systems Collaborative, transparent leadership style with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels Why Join One of the most experienced and respected management teams in the property insurance market AI-powered data analytics engine transforming how property risk is evaluated and priced Exceptional growth trajectory, strong investor support, and a clear path to exit Executive visibility, meaningful ownership, and the opportunity to define how the industry evolves Seniority Level Executive Employment Type Full-time Industry Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
