The practice offers integrated oral and behavioral health care, family-centered case management, and uses the NextGen electronic health record system. Sponsorship for J1Visa applications with multi-year contracts is available.Requirements include licensure in Rhode Island (or eligibility), Board Certification in Family Medicine, and a community-oriented approach. Candidates should have a strong clinical background, supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to community health.Work ScheduleFull-time, including some eveningsRequirementsMaintain confidentiality of all health records in accordance with laws and policies.
