Job Summary Supermicro seeks a Sr. Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives and standardize global project coordination. This role manages high‑impact strategy projects, develops business processes, and ensures efficient cross‑functional collaboration across the organization. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives Standardize and improve global project coordination across multiple business units Develop and implement project management frameworks and business processes where none currently exist Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive execution, resolve challenges, and ensure timely project delivery Facilitate communication between global teams, ensuring seamless project execution across regions Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Team, Slack to track progress and report updates Provide leadership, structure, and guidance in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance in all project management activities Support direct report with preparing executive leadership strategic insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes Qualifications 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, manufacturing, or related industries PMP certification required Fluency in English and Mandarin required Strong experience with MS Office suite, JIRA, and Smartsheet Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive standardization efforts Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to develop solutions in ambiguous situations Experience working in global, cross‑functional environments Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed Preferred Qualifications Industry experience in Supermicro’s sector (technology, hardware, or manufacturing) is a plus Experience working in an organization undergoing process standardization or transformation Salary Range $157,000 - $177,000 EEO Statement Supermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in its employee population.
