ResponsibilitiesAscension/St Vincent Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to split their time between our Yorktown andPendleton, Indiana clinics. Thesearebusy practices with 2 physicians and 2nurse practitioners between the two clinics.
Practice Highlights:
- Well respected and established practice

- See approx 18-21patients/day
- No inpatient rounding required
- Call is shared among Pendleton and Yorktown providers
- EMR in place
- Onsite lab & POC testing

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
