Duties and Responsibilities Sales Excellence Drive sales by leveraging both marketed leads and strategic partnerships, aiming for a combined close rate of 50% or higher. Engage in solution-based selling, regularly exceeding an average sales ticket of $10,000. Skillfully offer an extended suite of products, including Aeroseal, duct cleaning, surge protectors, generators, panel upgrades, EV chargers, and water heaters (both tankless and tanked). Sales Targets Ambitiously pursue and surpass a personal sales goal of $4 million annually, with earnings potential of at least $360,000. Execute 2-3 high-quality sales calls per day, maintaining top-tier productivity and effectiveness. Customer Engagement Diagnose residential heating, cooling, and air quality issues using a consultative approach to directly address customer concerns. Partner with technicians on-site for warm lead hand-offs, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced customer trust. Technical Proficiency Conduct precise load calculations and proficiently use Service Titan to enhance efficiency and sales outcomes. Documentation Ensure thorough communication of sales details to installation teams, fostering excellence in execution and customer satisfaction. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities to maintain high standards of accountability and performance.
