Lifestyle Sr. Executive Producer

WOAI/KABB has an immediate opening for an energetic and creative Executive Producer to oversee our Lifestyle Shows "San Antonio Living" and " Daytime". The shows deliver community focused engaging, fun, uplifting and fresh content from our viewing area.The ideal candidate will produce daily Lifestyle driven programs and oversee production our Lifestyle shows, "San Antonio Living" and “Daytime”. You will work closely with talent and support staff on daily selection and coverage. As a program producer leader, the expectations that the Executive Producer will lead by example. A successful candidate will have had at least 4 years of experience in broadcast LIVE programming as a producer, or equivalent experience.Some additional responsibilities of our Lifestyle Executive Producer will include:Producer shows/ script reviewsManage and train other producersDirect talent/support staff and supervise a team of editors, photographers and producersHelp drive Social Media Engagement-must be proficient in all social platformsSpecial projectsPlanning and overseeing continuity into upcoming Lifestyle showsOther duties as assignedWhat skills do you need to be successful in our role?Four-year degree in journalism or communications preferredStrong writing skills and a proven track record for getting results on initiativesGreat people skills with an emphasis on coaching and motivatingSocial Media Influencer and EngagerEEO AND INCLUSIVITY:Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
