Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, with specific expertise in painting, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
  • A valid and active driver's license, preferably class D or CDL.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to effectively diagnose and repair maintenance issues.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
