- Ability to care for patients from young adult to late adult age groups
- Flexibility in dealing with varying nurse-to-patient ratios
- Team-oriented approach to patient care
- Proficiency in working with Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), Nurse Interns (NIs)

Description:
- Unit Capacity: 38 Beds
- Population Served: Strokes, Neurological disorders, Brain injuries, Brain Tumors, Spine Injuries, Brain and Spine Surgeries, Seizures, Epilepsy, AMS, Dementia, Neuropsychology/Behavioral Health
- Ages of Patients Served: Young Adult through Late Adult (18 - 60+)
- Nurse to Patient Ratios: 1:6
- Core Staffing Plan: Variable staffing grid including RNs, LPNs, PCTs, NIs
- RN responsible for patient care on each team
- Must have excellent communication and critical thinking skills for effective patient care.
