**Must-Have:**
- Experience with all ages
- Inpatient and trauma experience
- Proficiency in scrub and aseptic techniques
- Experience in ENT, General, Ortho, Ortho/Spine, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Thoracic, Neuro, Gyn, Neuro/Spine

**Job Description:**

- Responsible for providing surgical services that support multi-specialty inpatient, outpatient, and emergent procedures.
- Expected to handle a daily case load of approximately 80 with 22 operating rooms.
- Perform procedures including but not limited to General, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Orthopedic, Urology, EENT, OB/GYN, Plastics, OMF, Trauma, Dental, Pediatric, Neonatal, and Endoscopy Organ Harvesting.
- Must be adept at using specialized equipment such as DaVinci.
- Required to float within hospital or to an affiliated hospital nearby based on skill sets and census needs.
- On-call responsibilities: Potentially 1 to 2, 12-hour call shifts per ~2 weeks as needed.
- Weekend shifts required as needed.
- Expected to be part of a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team, with possible duty during catastrophic events, mass casualty, or disaster situations.
- Orientation varies depending on experience, with scrubs provided.
- Participation in mandatory modules: 8-10 hours of modules for acute care roles, to be completed pre-start and annually.
- Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays and no leave allowed during the first week of assignment due to orientation.
