**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years required
**License:** Valid WI License required
**Certifications:** BLS, AWHONN, NRP (Preferred: ACLS)
**Must-Have:** AHA Certifications are required prior to start
**Job Description:**
- Scheduled for every other weekend or every third weekend, with a requirement of working two weekends each 6-week schedule.
- Holidays worked as needed, with no on-call duties.
- Float requirements include caring for non-infectious overflow med-surg patients in acute care units when there are no labor and delivery patients.
- Completion of orientation is required for 8 hours.
- Modules are required, with a maximum billable time of 8 hours, and are completed during orientation.
- Candidates will be required to float within the hospital as needed, specific to the specialty.
- Completion of required compliance procedures including background checks and lab appointments promptly to avoid cancellation.
- Flu Vaccine required, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons. COVID-19 vaccine not required.
