Active South Carolina license or Compact license

Certifications:
BLS certification required

Must-Have:
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Preferably experience in Ortho/Neuro specialties
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and possibly float between units
- Epic charting proficiency
- Ability to work with a ratio of 1:6-7 patients
- Flexibility with block schedule accommodations

Job Description:
- Responsible for providing nursing care to medical-surgical patients on the 4th Floor of a hospital
- Handle orthopedic and neurologic cases with a focus on med/surg patients
- Work night shifts following a 3x12 schedule, including every other weekend
- Must be willing to float between units within the scope of practice
- Maintain BLS certification and SC nursing license
- Uphold hospital standards and strive to provide quality patient care
- Complete necessary orientation and training modules as required
- Follow hospital protocols and chart using the Epic system efficiently
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control measures and patient safety protocols.
