- Provide direct nursing care according to policies
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition
- Coordinate patient discharge planning
- Experience with CRRT, Balloon Pumps, PA-Catheters/Swans

Job Description:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
- Experience with specialized medical equipment required.
- Willingness to precept as needed.
- Join a supportive team environment in a high acuity ICU setting.
- Rotating shifts and weekend requirements.
- Patient ratios vary based on acuity and staffing levels.
