- Loan Repayment
- Compensation: Compensation is based on years of experience but is negotiable.
Additional incentive offered such as relocation assistance and loan repayment, as well as RVU production bonuses. - Benefits: Role benefits: Providers work 4-day workweek 9-hour days. 36hours in direct patient care, and 4 hours of admin that can be completed from home
-Fully supported clinical setting with 2 MA/LPNs per provider

-Malpractice and Tail covered through the FTCA
-Tax Credit: Physicians/Dentist receive a $5000 tax credit per year for five years for full-time work in a rural area.
-CME: $2000, $4000 on year 3 of employment
-PTO: 1st year of contract 20 days, 2nd year of contract 24 days, 3rd year of contract 28 days
-Extended Illness Bank: Available under certain circumstances for those whose illness extends beyond three (3) workdays. 1.54 hours accrued per hour worked over 27 hours/week.
