**Must-Have:** Board eligibility or certification, willingness to work in specified regions, and a commitment to high standards of patient care.
**Job Description:**
- Seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine (preferred) and Family Medicine physicians for full-time positions.
- Located in the Great Lakes Bay Region, specifically Bay City, MI and Saginaw Township, MI.
- Openings arise due to retiring physicians and new sites scheduled to open in 2025.
- Provide direct primary medical care with high medical standards and ethics.
- Work within a collegial medical group setting offering state-of-the-art technologies and compassionate care.
- Practice sites are designated patient-centered medical homes, some with CPC+ status.
- Monday to Friday schedule without weekends or holidays.
- Participate in a shared call arrangement with primary care colleagues (phone only).
- Engage in outpatient practice settings supported by a robust employed hospitalist program.
