Job Description:

- The role involves working within an MRI department that performs a variety of exams, including specialized studies such as Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI during daylight hours.
- Night shift responsibilities include routine scans including brain, spine, abdomen, and extremity scans.
- The patient acuity varies, with the day shift seeing more ambulatory patients, and night shifts having more patients requiring partial to total assistance.
- Previous experience of working in an accredited lab in accordance with IACE guidelines is preferred.
- Weekend shifts may be required, but there is no mandatory on-call duty.
- Candidates must have experience using the EPIC charting system.
- All candidates must be prepared to work at multiple facilities within the state and float as necessary.
- Orientation consists of 40 non-billable hours.
- Compliance with vaccine requirements for COVID-19 is mandatory, with allowances for medical or religious exemptions. Flu vaccine status is currently unspecified.
- Scrub colors are flexible, though certain colors are not permitted.
- High level of patient interaction, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
