**License:** Compact or State License required at the time of submission

**Certifications:** BLS required; OCN preferred

**Must-Have:**
- Prior travel experience
- Outpatient oncology experience is ideal
- Ability to access ports
- Experience with breast cancer patients
- IV and central line skills
- EPIC experience
- Teaching hospital experience

**Job Description:**
- Ensure patient care standards are met in a dynamic oncology clinic environment
- Work collaboratively within the team and other departments to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Provide patient education and support throughout treatment
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Document patient information and care consistently and accurately
- Perform necessary procedures and maintain proficiency in skills such as accessing ports and central lines
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
- Comply with facility guidelines and protocols regarding COVID-19 and flu vaccinations, allowing for medical or religious exemptions only
- Adapt to floating requirements within the hospital or nearby affiliated hospitals
- Participate in on-call duties as described, including covering shifts during evenings and weekends
- Engage in required orientation and training modules totaling approximately 6.5 hours, completed during orientation and annually
