**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years
**License:** California CRT
**Certifications:** ARRT, BLS, Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT)
**Must-Have:** At least 2 years of CT experience

**Job Description:**

- Perform computed tomography imaging and studies such as brain, abdomen, pelvis, spine, biopsies, drainage, extremities, angio, and cryoablation.
- Utilize Canon equipment, including 16-slice & 80-slice scanners.
- Manage an average of 85-100 scans/studies per day.
- Use Radnet & Merge PACS for image and report management.
- Operate under the guidance of a lead technologist.
- Collaborate with an in-house radiologist available during days and on-call after hours.
- Work in a team with the IR nurse or floor/ED nurses to manage IV procedures.
- Follow the dress code by wearing teal scrubs; scrubs are not provided.
- Participate in department-specific orientation led by the lead technologist or senior techs.
- Meet weekend requirements by working every other weekend and fulfill holiday requirements by working 1 major and 1 minor holiday.
- Chart using Cerner system.
- Flexible scheduling with potential to float as needed.

Note: The hospital reserves the right to cancel up to 3 times per contract, which may involve a full shift or any part of a shift.
