**Must-Have:**
- Comfortable working in all ICU and PCU units
- Ability to handle patient ratios in ICU (2/3:1) and PCU (5:1)

**Description:**
Resource Pool RN needed for a 13-week assignment in the ICU/PCU setting. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in various ICU and PCU units. The role requires flexibility as nurses may be floated to different units every 4 hours based on the hospital's staffing needs. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory for this position. Travelers are expected to fulfill holiday shifts as per requirement. Compliance documentation is due by Wednesday prior to the start date.
Candidates residing within 100 miles of the facility will be considered local and are not accepted. Return travelers must have been away for at least one year before starting as a traveler again. Orientation will include 24 hours of non-billable training modules, to be completed prior to or during the orientation period. Modules are to be recorded and approved by the facility for payment.
