What You Will Do:

This position is responsible for providing sales support to District Sales Managers in the form of quotations, order write-ups, and other information for contractors, consulting engineers, end users, and other customers. This position provides a resource for crafting quotations and initiating and managing orders.

How You Will Do It:

  • Provide written quotations in response to customer needs for Frick equipment.

  • Translating customer requirements into Frick Refrigeration Systems paperwork for submission of orders and follow-up on those orders.

  • Follow up with customers on service and billing problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Work with Frick Refrigeration Systems home office to establish pricing and information where required.

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering is preferred, but an associate degree or other technical degree plus related experience will be considered.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales engineering/support role.

  • Candidate should have good working knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment and industrial refrigeration systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and Internet software and E-mail.
