**Job Title:** Respiratory Therapist

**License:** Valid state license required at the time of submission

**Certifications:** BCLS, RRT

**Must-Have:** NICU and/or PICU experience; EPIC charting experience

**Job Description:**

- Work in a Children's Acute Care Hospital providing care in a level 1 trauma facility.
- Responsible for respiratory care in NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics.
- Required to work every other weekend.
- Face proper testing requirements, with fit testing policies in place.
- Not required to be on-call, ensuring focused work hours.
- First-time clinicians are accepted, welcoming new experiences.
- Candidates are not required to float within the facility.
- Orientation involves 40 hours of training at 50% non-billable.
- Adhere to influenza vaccination policies, with medical or religious exemptions only.
- RTO restrictions allow for two requests, and a maximum of 7 RTO days per 13-week contract.
- Not eligible if residing within a 75-mile radius or previously employed unless outside specified periods.
