Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Job Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Duration: 8 months

Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required as an RRT

License: Ohio RRT License required

Certifications: NBRC and BLS required

Must-Have:
- NBRC and BLS certifications active and in hand
- Two references from a manager, assistant manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for
- Completed online training modules (4-5 hours)
- Must be nicotine-free with a negative 10-panel + nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen within 12 months of the start
- Background checks must be clear

Job Description:
- CRT or RRT candidates are accepted
- All requests for time off and scheduling need to be communicated during the submission and interview process
- References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months; co-worker references are not accepted
- Facility requires mandatory completion of training modules before orientation
- Prints for background checks are time-sensitive and must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
- Candidates must be committed to the position and compliance requirements if offered

Note: This role requires adherence to facility policies, including being a smoke-free environment. COVID-19 and flu vaccines are mandatory, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons for COVID-19.
