A Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) provides psychotherapy sessions and medication management while operating a flexible private practice. Headway facilitates clinicians by handling insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing support, allowing therapists to focus on patient care. As part of the Headway community, LMFTs can set their own schedules and work remotely, improving access to mental health services.

Wage: Between $95-$120 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance

Please note, at this time, we are unable to service mental health professionals that are not fully licensed. Your application will be rejected until you obtain a valid license.
