Requirements:

Active Unrestricted PA license - required

Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible within 5 years of Residency through the American Board of Internal Medicine, Subspecialty of Gastroenterology

Must be Fellowship Trained in Gastroenterology

Must have at least 2 years experience
-
Active BLS - Required
-
Clean Malpractice/background - Required
