**Hours per Shift:** 12 hours
**Experience:**
- IMC experience required
- ICU experience considered, but must be willing to work with non-ICU patients
- Transplant and trach experience required
- Two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years
- Experience in an Academic Level 1 or 2 - Trauma center or similar size hospital

**License:** Must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state
**Certifications:**
- BLS and ACLS certified through American Heart Association ONLY
- Basic Arrhythmia experience

**Must-Have:**
- Skilled in providing comprehensive and specialized nursing care to acutely ill adult patients
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with care teams
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a learning environment and pursue continuous growth in nursing practice
