Travel Nurse RN

**Job Specialty:** Emergency Room (ER)
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** Night, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** 2 years minimum in Emergency Department. Must have 2 years of experience in a similar size and volume ER with at least one prior travel assignment within the last 8 months.
**License:** Valid state license required. Must have compact license or specific state license as applicable.
**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS
**Must-Have:**
- Prior travel experience is mandatory.
- Comfortable working in an ER setting handling approximately 150 visits per day.
- Must have worked in an ER setting with at least 125 visits per day within the past 8 months.
**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality care in an Emergency Department setting.
- Must be skilled in Triage, IV Starts, and Phlebotomy.
- Experience with Cerner is preferred.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4 or 1:5.
- Call required every other weekend and holiday rotation as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory flu vaccination policy.
- Participate in orientation and complete required modules, some of which may be during non-billable hours.
- Commitment to safety protocols, including potential contact with COVID patients.
Please note that purple scrubs are required and not provided. Flu vaccination is mandatory and exemptions are not allowed.
