**Job Specialty:** Movement Disorders

**Shift:** Day shifts, including 1 in 10 in-patient weekend call for general neurology (non-stroke)
**Guaranteed Hours:** Full-time (1.0 FTE)
**Experience:** Fellowship-trained in Movement Disorders, Board Eligible (with expectation of being Board Certified within 2 years) or Board Certified in Neurology
**License:** Michigan license (or willingness to obtain)
**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, DEA (or willingness to obtain)
**Must-Have:** Commitment to obtaining necessary certifications and licenses
**Job Description:**
- Focus on treating movement disorders using pharmacology, surgical, and non-surgical methods.
- Collaborate with experienced neurosurgical specialists for deep brain stimulation surgeries.
- Share in in-patient weekend call duties for general neurology (non-stroke), supported by a Neuro-hospitalist.
- Option to incorporate general neurology into outpatient practice if preferred.
- Participate in teaching and educational opportunities within a strong neurology residency program.
- Engage in research activities, with encouragement to collaborate with university partners.
- Open to H-1B visa candidates; locum tenens candidates will not be considered.
