**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Specialty:** Labor and Delivery

**Job Duration:** 13 Weeks

**Shift:** 12-hour shifts, Day/Night Rotation, Every other weekend, Every other holiday

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum 2 recent years of Labor and Delivery RN experience and OR circulator experience. CNM experience will not be considered. Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry strips. Must pass telemetry test Day 1 with 85% or more. Experience in high-risk obstetrics preferred.

**License:** Valid RN License

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) with non-expiring lessons during the assignment, Evidence of Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring course completion, preferably AWHONN

**Must-Have:**

- Dysrhythmia/Telemetry interpretation Course preferred

**Job Description:**

- Provide comprehensive care for patients in labor and delivery
- Conduct assessments and implement care plans for labor and delivery patients
- Perform OR circulator duties as required
- Independently read and interpret telemetry strips
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality care
- Work in a unit featuring 9 labor rooms, 2 operating and recovery rooms, and 5 triage rooms with approximately 2,600 deliveries per year
- Ensure all certifications remain valid throughout the contract period
