**Job Description:**
- Work collaboratively within a 218-bed facility alongside a team of technicians, LPNs, and RNs.
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:8-14.
- Adhere to the dress code by wearing black scrubs.
- Document patient information using the HCS system.
- Participate in the treatment plan and therapeutic environment for patients.
- Ensure patient safety and provide assistance in daily activities.
- Support nursing staff in delivering care to patients.
- Engage with patients, showing empathy and understanding of mental health conditions.
- Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
