Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operator

Are you ready to make an impact in the energy industry? We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our client's dynamic team in the Bakken. This role is crucial to ensuring our operations run smoothly by providing the materials needed to achieve our organizational goals. You'll play a vital role in maintaining efficiency and excellence while working in our client's state-of-the-art Keene office complex.

What You'll Do:
  • Take charge of receiving and verifying freight shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Manage essential tasks like inventory organization, order picking, cycle counting, and processing material returns.
  • Keep the warehouse organized and clean while upholding safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with materials, reviewing orders, and building trusted relationships.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Operate forklifts safely and handle materials with care, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Step up for emergency callouts when needed, ensuring operational reliability.

What We're Looking For:
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and operate material handling equipment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a commitment to following guidelines and policies.
  • A team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Bring:
