**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Job Specialty:** ICU

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Variable Nights/Days: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30 or 07:00 - 19:30), Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday, No Call

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** 2 years required

**License:** Valid WI License required

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, AHA Certifications

**Must-Have:** Vent and invasive line experience, multiple titratable medications experience

**Job Description:**

- Provide care to patient populations including Stroke/Neuro, Post MI, GI bleeds, Overdose, Renal Failure, and Respiratory Failure.
- Float to Surgical ICU and Medical-Surgical departments as needed for patient care and 1:1 observation.
- Required to complete an 8-hour orientation.
- Vaccine Requirements: COVID-19 vaccine not required. Flu vaccine required unless approved for medical/religious exemption.
- Complete compliance documents and lab appointments promptly to ensure successful onboarding.
- Essentially handle modules billing up to 8 hours; excess time billed at a lower rate.
- Modules are done during orientation and recorded via Kronos.
