Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Med/Surg 5C

Shift : Days / 7a-7:30p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • IN License
  • 1.5+ Years’ Experience
  • BLS

Pre-Screen Question:

Does RN have experience with voiding trials and/or urogyn surgeries?

5C Medsurg:

Ratios: 1:6

Years of experience REQ: 1.5+ YEARS REQURIED

First timers accepted: Yes

Weekend REQ: Every other

Certs REQ: BLS

Is on-call REQ? No

Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, Staffing is assessed every 4 hours, therefore you may be expected to float every 4 hours to other units. It may also be necessary to go to another campus within the same shift. Traveler will be notified via text 1 hour prior to your scheduled shift to inform you which campus to report to, and which exact unit within the campus.

Pending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB

RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays.

Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek.

3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.

Special Requirements: Post-OP, General Surgery, Urology and Gynecology; Bariatric is preferred.

Unit Information: 31 bed unit. Post-Op, Ortho, Bariatric, Uro-GYN, Colorectal, Surgery (General, GYN, Bariatric, Urology)

COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not Required

Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
