As a Lead Cook, you will focus on providing a wonderful culinary experience in an inviting and lively atmosphere for our restaurant guests. You will assist in overseeing other culinary team members, ensuring the kitchen is operating smoothly. You will be a role model for the kitchen, demonstrating and developing food passion with your team members, and producing one-of-a-kind menu offerings for our guests to enjoy. What will I do?

• Assist in overseeing kitchen staff, educating and sharing food passion
• Lead by positive example, setting the tone for an efficient work pace
• Prioritize tasks in the kitchen to ensure items are prepared on time and efficiently, to maintain the integrity of our fresh offerings
• Possess a complete understanding of the kitchen operations and accurately forecast restaurant and guest needs when planning production lists and prioritizing tasks
• Properly handle products and use equipment in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines, as well as comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years’ experience working as a line cook
• Experience working on multiple kitchen stations

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts
• Experience leading a team
• Experience working a variety of positions in multi-faceted food service facilities and venues, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, conference centers, casinos, theme parks, etc.
